Clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, with over 12 years of experience in clinical practice and an integrative approach focused on trauma, relationships and emotional regulation processes.

At NeuroVia Clinic, her work is centred on the NARM model (NeuroAffective Relational Model), a modern therapeutic framework aimed at healing developmental trauma and deep relational dynamics. Her approach supports change that goes beyond the symptom, towards understanding adaptive mechanisms and reconnecting with the person’s inner resources.

Her training includes clinical psychology, complemented by specialisation in NARM, where she belongs to the first generation of graduates in Romania (2021–2023). She currently works as an assistant in NARM training, helping to support the learning process of new practitioners.

She works with adults and young people on anxiety, emotional and relational difficulties and developmental trauma, with an approach centred on relationship, safety and developing the capacity for self-regulation. She creates a clear and supportive therapeutic space in which each person can explore, at their own pace, the experiences and mechanisms that shape their life.

Personal vision

“I believe real change does not come through control or correction, but through understanding and authentic contact with one’s own experience. The mechanisms we develop are not wrong; they served an adaptive purpose. Therapy means creating a space in which these mechanisms can be seen, understood and gradually transformed, in a way that supports greater inner and relational freedom.”
