Groups and workshops
Small, safe spaces where, alongside others, you can explore what has shaped you, what you feel and what you want. We work gently, at each person’s pace, with respect for personal boundaries and confidentiality.
Upcoming events
Places are limited so that each participant gets enough time and attention. To sign up, send a WhatsApp message to +40 746 506 294.
Trauma psychotherapy through the Intention Method
A day of work in a small group, where each participant can bring a personal theme. Starting from a sentence of intention, we gently explore the wounded parts, the survival mechanisms and the healthy resources.
Masculinity, beyond roles
Four meetings for men about the male role models they learned, emotions, closeness and boundaries in relationships, and the man they choose to become. Accessible explanations, dialogue and exercises in a small group. No previous therapy experience needed.
Trauma psychotherapy retreat with the Intention Method
A weekend in the mountains, with time for personal exploration through the Intention Method, listening and connection, as well as the joys of the holidays: decorating the tree together, carols, Secret Santa and a campfire.
The groups above are facilitated by Marius-Viorel Vlăduț, clinical psychologist and integrative trauma psychotherapist, trained in IoPT (the Intention Method), NARM and EMDR. Clicking “Going” on Facebook does not count as registration.
What is the Intention Method (IoPT)?
The Intention Method is part of Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy (IoPT), developed by Prof. Franz Ruppert. The participant formulates a sentence of intention – what they want to understand or change – and other group members, called resonators, give voice to the different parts involved. This makes visible how trauma has shaped the relationship with oneself and with others, and opens the way to reconnection. Everyone chooses how much they want to share, and what is worked on in the group remains confidential.
Support groups for people with cancer
You don’t have to go through this alone
A cancer diagnosis changes much more than the treatment plan: it brings fear, uncertainty, fatigue and questions that are hard to say out loud, even to those closest to you. The support group is a place where you can talk with people going through similar experiences, in a safe setting led by a psychologist.
The groups are led by Camelia Roman (Dana), clinical psychologist and psychotherapist.
Common themes
- emotions related to diagnosis and treatment: fear, anger, sadness;
- physical and emotional fatigue;
- communicating with family, friends and the medical team;
- changes in body, role and routine;
- returning to everyday life after treatment;
- the resources that keep us going: support, meaning, hope.
Details about the next group (dates, format and registration) will be announced soon. If you’d like to be notified, write to us on WhatsApp or at contact@neurovia.ro. The support group complements, but does not replace, medical treatment.
