Adriana Suciu is a psychotherapist with comprehensive, integrative training focused on understanding and healing psychological trauma. With a solid foundation in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Adriana integrates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Mindfulness into her practice.
Her international training includes specialisations in Schema Therapy, Couples Therapy, Somatic Mindfulness and Trauma-sensitive Mindfulness.
At NeuroVia Clinic, Adriana brings a unique perspective in which science is interwoven with human presence and compassion. Her approach aims to integrate clinical case conceptualisation with scientifically validated techniques to support deep processes of change and reconnection with oneself.
Her current interests focus on the effectiveness of Contextual Schema Therapy and on how strategies from Schema Therapy and ACT can be harmonised, both in individual work and in couples and group therapy.
Personal vision
“For me, being a psychologist is more than a profession. It is a path of continuous learning, personal growth and authentic connection with others. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to bring meaning, balance and transformation — and my aim is to accompany people in their healing process, so that they can rediscover the values and inner resources that give direction to their lives.”
